AI-enabled WhatsApp Chatbot pilot tested to support farmers in Sikkim, Darjeeling

Agricultural information is cross-referenced with reliable institutional and scientific sources, including resources and technical information from organisations such as ICAR, the Spices Board and Sikkim University, along with other relevant research and extension materials. This process helps ensure that information incorporated into the chatbot, particularly agricultural advice, is based on credible and contextually relevant sources.
